Zhang Xuebing contributed to the Basic Skills of Legal Practice
The Basic Accomplishment of Legal Practice and Basic Skills of Legal Practice, the first serial teaching materials in China for lawyer’s professional education in probation training complied jointly by the Ministry of Justice and China National Lawyers Association, have been officially published by the Peking University Press in July 2007.
The Basic Skills of Legal Practice consists of two volumes, in which Mr. Zhang Xuebing wrote Chapter 9 of the second volume, Basic Skills of Real Estate Practice. To address the need of young lawyers, Mr. Zhang contributed the rich ideals, professional thoughts and special skills developed in his nearly twenty years professional experience in real estate area. Mr. Zhang gave in-depth analytical review of real cases and exposed the young lawyers to the essential law practice in real world. The writing is totally different from the general teaching materials and treatises currently used in laws schools, and also highly valuable as reference and guidance for real estate law practice.
