On 26 March 2007, Zhong Lun Law Firm organized a symposium on the Property Law which was also broadcasted on line at the same time in Tokyo office, Shanghai office, Shenzhen office and Guangzhou office.
The symposium was presided by attorney Zhang Xuebing. Attorney Cai Yaozhong, a senior attorney in real estate area and director of Property Law Committee of Beijing Bar Association, gave the lecture. He explained every article of the Property Law, and made thorough analysis on main issues, how to protect property law and the legal liabilities to be undertaken by people who violate property rights.
Nearly a hundred attorneys gave up their weekend to take part in the symposium and learn the Property Law carefully.
