Our partner Yao Jun from Guangzhou Office delivered a keynote speech at the International Summit on Franchise, on November 8, 2008.
The speech, titled Franchise Supervision, has been applauded by the audience of over forty experts and scholars from the United States, Australia, Canada, Britain and China. The summit was held at the Beijing Normal University Zhuhai Branch in Zhuhai, South China
Before the summit, a research team of legal experts from home and abroad, led by Yao Jun, had been retained by the Ministry of Commerce to make a comparative study of relevant policies and practices in China, Australia, Vietnam and the United States with regard to franchise regulation and promotion.
