Zhong Lun Law Firm and one of the largest Japanese law firms Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu jointly held a seminar on international arbitration in Tokyo, Japan, on April 17, 2009.
At the seminar, officials with China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission made keynote speeches. Zhong Lun partner Wu Peng also delivered a speech on dispute resolution in foreign-related arbitration in China. A Japanese lawyer from Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu spoke about the international arbitration issues from a comparative law perspective.
More than 130 legal specialists from Japanese companies attended the seminar. Zhong Lun partners Yang Yuhong, Li Meishan also were present.
