Partner Zhang Xuebing Appointed Conciliator of CCPIT
Zhong Lun Law Firm managing partner Zhang Xuebing has recently been appointed a conciliator of the Conciliation Center of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) in recognition of his years of extensive experience in corporate law, stock offering and listing, enterprises financing, banking and real estate.
One of the founders of the law firm, Zhang is also Chairman of Beijing Lawyers Association, and an arbitrator of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission.
CCPIT, founded in 1952, is a national organization of foreign economic relations and trade composed of representative personages, enterprises and organizations from China’s economic and trade circles.
The CCPIT Conciliation Center, established in 1987, is a permanent conciliation institution that assists, in an independent and impartial manner, the parties involved to resolve commercial and maritime disputes through conciliation. The center has a secretariat and a division of international service.
