Zhong Lun Law Firm partner Yao Jun, from Guangzhou office, offered his insights on legal issues in connection with franchising at an international forum on the sidelines of the 2009 China (Shenzhen) International Investment and Trade Fair on June 26, 2009.
Yao was invited as a key speaker at the international franchising forum and answered some inquires from the participants.
The fair, organized mainly by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and Shenzhen Municipal Government, was the largest of its kind in scale to date in the South China city, according to the organizers. More than 21,000 entrepreneurs took part in the fair.
