Zhong Lun Law Firm managing partner Zhang Xuebing, also chairman of Beijing Lawyers Association, offered his acute insights into the legal concerns on civil procedures for business lawsuits at a forum held at Beijing High People’s Court on July 8, 2009.
At the forum, a book series in connection with the theory, practice and regulations of civil procedures for business lawsuits was also launched.
