The General Administration of Customs released an announcement on April 7, 2009 stating that the Customs ceased to impose anti-dumping duty on Acrylate ester originated from South Korea from April 9, 2009, while the anti-dumping duty on Acrylate ester originated from Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia will continue to be effective for five years. We are proud to help LG Chem win this result.
China’s MOFCOM initiated the anti-dumping investigation on Acrylate ester originated from South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia on April 9, 2008. Zhong Lun law Firm represented LG Chem in this investigation.
