Partner Sun Hui Addresses 2009 Advanced Forum on Solid Waste Industry
Zhong Lun Law Firm partner Sun Hui delivered a speech titled Legal Matters Involving Concession Agreements for Public Infrastructure at the 2009 Advanced Forum on Solid Waste Industry which was held on December 10 to 11 in Beijing.
The speech mainly addressed such issues relating to financing modes for solid waste treatment and the market mechanism related thereto, and was highly praised by the audience.
The annul forum was jointly hosted by the Environmental Science and Engineering Department of Tsinghua University and China Solid Waste website. More than 300 attendants came from governmental agencies, solid waste investment companies, solid treatment enterprises, research institutions, consulting institutions, designing institutions, manufacturers and the media.
