Partner Wu Peng Addresses Eighth Seminar on Chinese and Japanese Civil and Commercial Laws
Zhong Lun Law Firm partner Wu Peng delivered a speech on the evolution of China’s foreign-related legal practice in the past 20 years at the Eighth Seminar on Chinese and Japanese Civil and Commercial Laws held in Haikou, southern China’s Hainan Province, on September 12, 2009.
The seminar, which ran from September 12 to 13, was sponsored by Chinese and Japanese Civil and Commercial Laws Study Association , co-sponsored by Hainan University Law School and supported by Zhong Lun Law Firm. More than 100 participants, including civil and commercial law experts, scholars and practitioners from the University of Tokyo, Waseda University, the Japanese Embassy in China, Institute of Law of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Renmin University of China and Zhejiang University, attended the seminar.
