Zhong Lun Law Firm partner Cheng Jun delivered a speech on legal risks and management in outbound investment by Chinese enterprises at the Seminar on Legal Experience in Offshore Project Development hosted by China Society for World Trade Organization Studies in Beijing on September 19, 2009.
The seminar attracted participants from China General Technology (Group) Holding, Limited, China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd., China Guangdong Nuclear Power Holding Co., Ltd. and more than 100 other large engineering and technology enterprises.
