Partner Liu Borong Addresses Conference on Global Financial Crisis and Distressed Asset Management
Senior partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm Mr. Liu Borong delivered a speech titled AMCs as Full-Service Financial Providers: Opportunities and Challenges, at the Conference of Global Financial Crisis and Distressed Asset Management, which was jointly held by Asian Development Bank and China Cinda Asset Management Corporation in Beijing from November 18 to 19, 2009.
During the speech, Mr. Liu shared his experience and insights in legal issues concerning distressed asset management and AMC’s role as complicated financial solutions provider. His speech was well received by the audience.
