Xue Yi, a partner from Zhong Lun Law Firm Beijing Office, delivered a keynote speech at the Seminar on the Implementation of Anti-monopoly Law of China, hosted by China Society for World Trade Organization Studies, in Beijing, on March 22, 2009.
The speech addressed concerns in the monopoly in pricing and importance of daily review of enterprise operations. Many participants of the seminar aired their views with regard to the topic.
Officials from the Ministry of Commerce, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce and the National Development and Reform Commission attended the seminar.
