We are pleased to announce that Zhang Xuebing, managing partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm, has been elected as Chairman of the Eighth Beijing Lawyers' Association at the association's first plenary session on March 28, 2009, according to news posted on the association's website.
With more than 1,200 law firms and 20,000 lawyers as its members, Beijing Lawyers' Association is a voluntary professional association of lawyers practicing in Beijing.
With a tenure of three years, the Chairman of the association mainly takes charge of the overall work of the association.
