Recently, a paper themed Analysis of Major Legal Issues Regarding Pilot Real Estate Investment Trust (REITs) in China, co-authored by Zhong Lun Law Firm lawyrs Liubo Rong, Wang Yanzhuo, Yang Yanni and Xu Wei, was selected as an outstanding paper and awarded the second prize at the Beijing Lawyers Forum.
The second Beijing Lawyers Forum was held at the end of November 2010 in Beijing and received more than 900 papers from lawyers of the city. After careful evaluations, 72 papers were selected as outstanding papers, including 12 first prizes, 24 second prizes and 36 third prizes.
