Partners Liu Borong, Feng Jiyong Address at 2010 China Real Estate Private Equity Summit
On December 8, 2010, Zhong Lun Law Firm partners Liu Borong and Feng Jiyong jointly delivered a keynote speech on Practice of Financial Instruments in Real Estate Structured Finance at the 2010 China Real Estate Private Equity Summit in Shanghai.
The speech addressed the issues on the trust financing, limited partnership, REITs and real estate private equity investment prior to the obtainment of the “Four Certificates" in the real estate development. Zhong Lun was the sole law firm to have been invited to attend and speak at the summit.
The summit was the highest level so far of its kind held in Shanghai and attracted more than 100 participants, including experts from well-known domestic fund companies and senior officers from real estate developers.
