Zhong Lun Holds Symposium on Real Estate Investment and Financing in Wuhan
On May 12, 2011, Zhong Lun Law Firm and the Wuhan Federation of Industry and Commerce (“WFIC") jointly held a symposium on real estate investment and financing in Wuhan, central China.
WFIC president Yu Yuanjiu and managing partner of the law firm’s Wuhan office Zhang Li opened the symposium with speeches to an audience of over 200 people. The symposium was chaired by Wuhan office lawyer Zhang Ping.
Liu Borong, a senior partner from the law firm’s Beijing office delivered a speech to address the hot issues surrounding financial instruments in structured finance before obtaining the four certificates in real estate project financing. Later, partner Zou Mingchun from the law firm’s Wuhan office made a detailed analysis of the important factors the investors were mostly concerned about in real estate financing.
