Zhong Lun Law Firm partner Peter Ni was invited to the Asia Tax Executives’ Forum 2011 held in Singapore last week and spoke to more than 200 Asia Pacific tax executives of MNCs on a variety of PRC tax developments including the developments in anti-avoidance and dispute resolution and how to do tax planning going forward.
