Three Senior Lawyers Join Zhong Lun as Partners
Recently three senior lawyers have joined Zhong Lun Law Firm as partners. Dispute resolution expert Bao Wei, corporate and capital markets expert Wei Guojun joined the Shanghai office; carbon reduction specialist Zhou Yacheng joined the Beijing office Their admission would further promote the rapid development of the law firm in the areas.
Below are brief introductions of the partners.
Bao Wei graduated from Shanghai University with a law degree. Bao, who had practiced as chief partner of the dispute resolution team of AllBright Law Offices before the admission, has practiced as a lawyer for almost 20 years, well experienced in dispute resolution area. Bao is an arbitrator of the Shanghai Arbitration Commission. Bao specializes in general commercial disputes, shareholders and joint venture disputes, international trade disputes, real estate and construction disputes, banking & insolvency litigation and contentious regulatory disputes.
Wei Guojun graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and East China University of Political Science and Law and obtained a B.E and LL.B respectively. Wei’s practice areas include corporate, capital market, M&A, restructuring, banking and finance, IPR-related legal affairs.
Zhou Yacheng graduated from China University of Political Science and Law. Zhou specializes in carbon emission reduction (CDM projects, CER / VER transactions, etc.) related legal services, securities and capital markets, finance, corporate, resources and environment, real estate, litigation and non-litigation areas.
