Zhong Lun Hosts Salon on Real Estate Investment with Insurance Funds
On July 22, 2011, Zhong Lun Law Firm and DTZ successfully hosted a salon in connection with real estate investment with insurance funds in Beijing. Partner Fei Wang made a speech on hot legal issues regarding the real estate investment with insurance funds, introducing ways of investment and legal risk control plans related thereto.
The directors from investment department and evaluation department of DTZ briefed the real estate investment market and due diligence in real estate investment with insurance funds in China. Besides, Zhong Lun also invited Mr. James Knox, a partner of Berwin Leighton Paisner to share experiences of real estate investment by British insurance companies.
