During July 21 – 22, 2011, Ms. Helen Haixiao Zhang, a partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm Shanghai Office, attended the 5th Annual Conference: Corporate Compliance Conference 2011 organized by LexisNexis and delivered a keynote speech on Legal Implications of the PRC Commercial Bribery Law with regard to the cutting edge P.R.C commercial bribery laws and case precedents.
The conference focused on FCPA compliance, anti-corruption laws, and strategies for strengthening internal compliance programs. The conference attendants consisted of partners of Compliance Group from Backer & McKenzie LLP, business heads and/or in-house lawyers of AIA China, BASF, Bank of Shanghai and others.
