Michael Z.P. Gu Speaks at Forum on Listing and Investment of Mainland Enterprises in Hong Kong
Zhong Lun Law Firm partner Michael Z.P. Gu was invited and attended the “Forum on Listing and Investment of Mainland Enterprises in Hong Kong", which was jointly hosted by Hong Kong Stock Exchange, InvestHK and Beijing Youth Chamber of Commerce, on September 28, 2011 in Beijing.
The forum attracted nearly 200 participants including representatives from members of the Beijing Youth Chamber of Commerce, and guests from international investment banks, private equity funds and accounting firms, law firms.
Michael Z.P. Gu made a speech on legal issues in connection with structuring matters and offshore and onshore reorganizations in red-chip listings in the panel of financial and legal issues in preparations for HK listings. Later he discussed further with guests at the following dinner and answered some legal questions.
Beijing Youth Chamber of Commerce was founded in 2010 by young entrepreneurs, executives and youth representatives of the business industry, currently consisting of more than 900 members.
