Zhong Lun, Thomson Reuters Hold Seminar on Advice to Chinese Enterprises in Dealing with Arbitration
The “Seminar on Strategic Choices and Advice to Chinese Enterprises on Dealing with Domestic and Overseas Arbitration" was jointly held by Zhong Lun Law Firm and Thomson Reuters on November 30th, 2012 in Beijing.
In this seminar, Mr. Lijun Cao and Mr. Wilson Wei Huo, partners from Zhong Lun, who have extensive experience in the areas of international arbitration and dispute resolution, were invited to make speeches respectively as keynote speakers. The contents of the speeches were informative and extensive, which include current challenges that arbitration in China is facing, advice to enterprises on strategies in dispute resolution, the latest development and existing problems of commercial arbitration in China and the comparison between domestic and foreign arbitration.
Lijun and Wilson also implanted many practical cases to make the speeches interesting and vivid, which cover almost all perspectives of dispute resolutions including conciliation, arbitration and litigation. The speeches were warmly welcomed by the audience and got enthusiastic response from the attendees with whole lots questions raised to the speakers.
