In order to give honor and commendation to Zhonglun for its important role played in CNNC Hua Yuan Titanium Dioxide Co,.Ltd(CNNC hereinafter) reorganization project. Guan Xueming, the vice president for the People’s Court of Jiayuguan(the Court hereinafter), Zheng Chengxin, the vice president for Cinda Securities Co.,Ltd.(Cinda Securities hereinafter) and vice executive team leader for CNNC Administrator, and so on were present at Zhonglun Shenzhen office on 8th May 2013 to give honor and commendation to Zhonglun. Zhonglun was awarded the second special contribution prize as the advanced unit ; partner Xu Shengfeng was awarded the first special contribution prize as advanced individual; attorney Li Chengwen was was awarded the second special contribution prize as advanced individual; attorney Li Qinghao, attorney Xie Huan and attorney Huangbo were respectively awarded the third special contribution prize as advanced individual. And all of the prize winners were awarded certificate and crystal trophy as rewards.
Mr. Guan Xueming and Mr. Zheng Chengxin gave speeches respectively on the prize-awarding ceremony，both of them spoke highly of the work done by Zhonglun in the CNNC reorganization project. Qiang Boming, the director of Shenzhen office represented Zhonglun to receive the certificate of honor, and appreciated the rewarding by Mr. Guan and Mr. Zheng in person.
Zhonglun designated partner Xu Shengfeng as the person in charge and appointed Li Chengwen, Li Qinghao, Xie Huan, Huang Bo and so on to participate this project. The number of lawyers that were appointed by Zhonglun to participate is 8. As the legal counsel for the Administrator, Zhonglun creatively carried out work within the bounds of law. Zhonglun duly performed its duty and finished assets investigation, claims review, prevented business risk and assisted the financial counsel to draft the restructuring proposal. The diligent and creative work of Zhonglun and other parties contributed to the success of reorganization mentioned-above. Zhonglun were highly regarded by related institutions.
