On July 1st 2013, Partner ZHU Maoyuan of Zhong Lun Law Firm gave a speech on “The Black and White Contracts in Construction Projects" at the Seminar of Real Estate Developers and Construction Disputes organized by SIAC in Tianjin. Utilizing his practice experience in the field of construction engineering in China, ZHU analyzed the effectiveness of construction engineering contracts between developers and contractors.
