Zhong Lun Tax partner Peter Ni from was invited to the Asia Tax Executives’ Forum 2014 held in Singapore last week and spoke to about 200 Asia Pacific tax executives of MNCs on the latest PRC tax developments and how to balance tax compliance and tax planning. Tax compliance is a global hot topic. As a result of the increasing scrutiny of western developed countries on tax avoidance, countries compete with each other now even more on tax base protection.
