Zhong Lun Law Firm is delighted to announce the addition of Victor Pang as a partner in the Zhong Lun Hong Kong office.
Victor specializes in cross-border corporate finance and M&A work and has over a decade of experience representing Chinese companies, investment banks and international conglomerates. Victor also regularly counsels Chinese state-owned enterprises and private companies in their overseas listings and cross-border acquisitions and investments.
