On the 26th June, Mr Haibin Xue the partner of the London office was invited to speak at the second annual “Doing Business in Emerging and High Growth Markets Conference" organised by Thomson Reuters and held at The Montcalm Hotel in central London. The Conference was attended by delegates from Brazil, Russia, India and China, such senior official from the UKTI, the General Counsel for Shell International, representative from the China-Britain Business Council and general counsels from over 60 international companies. Mr Xue talked about how companies operating in the PRC should ensure that their legal strategies comply with the latest legislative developments in China, and how effectively to deal with regulatory obstacles.
