Zhong Lun Partner Wilson Huo was Invited as a Guest Speaker in 2014 China Offshore Finance Summit
On May 28th and 29th, the 2014 China Offshore Finance Summit was held at Sofitel Wanda Beijing. This key objective of this Summit is to provide financial information channels and technical support to Chinese enterprise and High Net Worth Individuals in overseas investment. The Summit is regarded as a distinguished gathering in China’s overseas investment.
Zhong Lun’s Partner Wilson Huo was invited as a guest lecture to attend this Summit. He gave the speech on “Case Study of Disputes Arising from Cross-border Investment: Risk Management and Dispute Resolution". Mr. Huo shared his dispute resolution experience in investment and acquisition, analyzed the root cause of the risks associated with overseas investment, and highlighted enterprise’s strategy in effectively avoiding and solving such disputes. The lecture has drawn great attention during the Summit.
