Gary Gao, partner of Zhong Lun Shanghai office, has recently been invited by Singapore CHANNEL NEWSASIA to express his opinion regarding the hot button issue whether China and the US would officially sign on the Extradition Treaty. Mr. Gao holds that an extradition treaty between China and the US is a long shot, while for the time being, there are alternatives in place such as repatriation of alleged corrupt public officials who fled to America as per US laws on immigration.
