Zhong Lun Partner ZHANG Baisha Invited to Chair and Speak at the 2nd Anti-trust Asia Pacific Summit
Mr. ZHANG Baisha, partner of Zhong Lun, was invited to chair and speak at the 2nd Anti-trust Asia Pacific Summit, which was organized by Duxes in Hong Kong on June 25th and 26th, 2015. More than 70 participants, such as general counsels or regional legal directors from Fortune 500 companies, and practitioners in both local and international law firms, attended the event.
The Summit covered the latest development and trends in anti-trust legislation and enforcement in the Asia-Pacific Region as well as the compliance issues encountered by firms in their business operation, including updates in anti-trust law in Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong and Japan, experience from US and EU, promotion of international cooperation of anti-trust enforcement, risk management for firms in anti-trust investigation, anti-trust issues in healthcare industry, etc. As chairman of the Summit, Mr. Zhang gave constructive comments on the keynote speeches and panel discussions. And he also delivered a keynote speech on the competition analysis of most-favored-nation clause.
