From March 3 to 4, Mr. Michael Zhang, a partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm was invited to attend the IFC- ADB East Asia Legal Workshop held at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) headquartered in Manila, Philippines. This Workshop was co-sponsored by International Finance Corporation and ADB, and the topics such as debts financing, equity investment, reorganization and enforcement were discussed at the Workshop.
As the only invited Chinese lawyer in the area of debts financing, Michael Zhang discussed various legal issues concerning foreign lenders’ debts financing to Chinese borrowers.
