Upon the invitation of the Hong Kong Interbank CRS Group, Mr. Alan (Jianhui) Xu conducted training to the Group, in respect of the draft PRC Foreign NGO Law and its potential implications for overseas financial institutions. The training was attended by 16 members of the Group, including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, HSBC, JPMorgan, UBS, Credit Suisse, Nomura, etc.
