Recently, Mr. Zhang Jinquan joined Zhong Lun Law Firm as a Partner in the Shanghai Office. Mr. Zhang Jinquan graduated from Nanjing University Law School and he practices as a PRC lawyer.
Mr. Zhang Jinquan’s major practice areas include real estate financing, capital markets, asset securitization and financial products. He has acted as the agent for domestic and overseas institutions to handle their disposition of non-performing asset, real estate acquisition, project financing, bond financing, cross-border investment and financing as well as commercial dispute resolution. Mr. Zhang Jinquan has innovative ability of legal services and resource allocation, and he specializes in providing clients with legal solutions based on business in large-scale merger and acquisition trading and strategic financing.
Mr. Zhang Jinquan was recognized as“15 Rising Lawyers in China" by Asian Legal Business, 2014 and the Sixth “Top 10 Outstanding Young Lawyers" of Pudong New District, Shanghai, 2015.
