Zhong Lun Law Firm has held five-day intensive trainings for about 80 newly recruited lawyers from the firm’s six offices located in the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong in 2010 in Beijing.
During the trainings, more than a dozen senior partners from the law firm shared their expertise with the new recruits in the areas of real estate acquisitions and financing transactions, land development and construction, dispute resolution, securities, WTO and anti-dumping, supervision over state-owned assets, foreign direct investment and anti-monopoly, evidence collection in litigation and arbitration, hotel investment and management, private equity funds and real estate structured finance. The use of case management systems, legal writing, dresses and business etiquette were also addressed in the trainings.
