Zhong Lun Law Firm Co-organizes Sixth China Summit on Real Estate Analysis and Forecast
The Sixth China Summit on Real Estate Analysis and Forecast, sponsored by the Policy Research Center under the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and co-organized by Zhong Lun Law Firm, was successfully held on July 29-30, 2010 in Beijing. The law firm’s senior partner Zhu Maoyuan attended the summit and took questions from the audience.
The summit invited many distinguished guests to address hot issues surrounding the current real estate development. Key speakers included Jia Kang, director of the Research Institute for Fiscal Science under the Ministry of Finance (on adjustment and trend in the real estate taxation policies), Nie Meisheng, president of the China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce under All China Federation of Industry and Commerce (on policy trends and impact on real estate), Chen Huai, director of the Policy Research Center under the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (on macroeconomic situations and real estate development trend) and State Councilor Chen Quan (on the fundamental issues and solutions in the current real estate market). The summit also released reports on the current housing policy reviews and relevant indexes of the real estate market.
