Partner Wilson Huo Attends the Conference on Legal Risks and Countermeasures of International Investment and Trade and Delivers a Keynote Speech 10-27-2016
On October 20th and 21th, 2016, sponsored by China Law Society, and co-organized by WTO Law Research Society and China Legal Exchange Center, the conference on “Legal Risks and Countermeasures of International Investment and Trade" was held in Beijing. This conference was to improve mainland China enterprises’ understanding of legal systems of the countries in “Belt and Road", anticipate and manage legal risks in investment and trade, and advance the implementation of “Belt and Road" strategy.
Mr. Wilson Huo, a partner from Zhong Lun Law Firm, delivered a speech with the focus on “Management and Resolution of Disputes for China Enterprises’ Overseas Investment". Combined with cases, Wilson introduced the current situation of the disputes for China enterprises’ overseas investment, analyzed the measures to foresee and control such disputes and proposed concrete advice. He emphasized on the change and adaption of mainland China enterprises’ philosophy to resolve overseas investment disputes.
