Partner Wilson Huo Attended “China Youth Arbitration Forum”, One of the Key Events of China Arbitration Week 2016 and Delivered a Keynote Speech 9-29-2016
On September 27th, 2016, as one of the key events of the China Arbitration Week 2016, “China Youth Arbitration Forum" was held in Beijing. The forum, jointly held by China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Renmin University of China (RUC), All China Lawyers Association (ACLA) and Beijing Lawyers Association (BLA), has attracted a large number of young arbitration practitioners including arbitrators, scholars, lawyers, in-house counsels and case managers from arbitration institutions.
Mr. Wilson Huo, a partner from Zhong Lun Law Firm, delivered a keynote speech on arbitration and other dispute resolution methods. He analyzed the fresh trends on commercial disputes under the new economic situation, highlighted the new challenges to commercial arbitration brought by judicial reform, notarial compulsory execution system and arbitration practice, and further introduced his new ideology namely “Arbitration Plus" to the attendees.
