On December 9th, China Banking Association Syndicated Loans and Trading Commission’s 2016 Annual Conference was held in Beijing. Mr. Wilson Huo, a partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm attended this Conference, delivered a speech with the focus on the trends of banking and financing disputes, explored the key legal issues upon the syndicated loans’ default, and further illustrated the dispute resolution strategy.
On December 27th, 2016, the Annual Conference of the Alliance of New Energy was held in Beijing. The Conference was with the focus on the topic of “Constructing the Frame of Global Cooperation, Gathering and Increasing the Value of International Channel". Mr. Wilson Huo, attended this conference and delivered a speech on “Pain and Self-Salvation: Management and Resolution of Disputes for China New Energy Enterprises’ Overseas Investment". Mr. Wilson Huo introduced the current situation of the disputes for China enterprises’ overseas investment, evaluated and analyzed the measures to foresee and control such disputes, emphasizing that China’s new energy enterprises should have an in-depth knowledge about dispute resolution with arbitration to be the main method and strengthen risk prevention and control. Furthermore, Mr. Wilson Huo proposed concrete suggestions on the change and perfection of China’s new energy enterprises’ philosophy to resolve overseas investment disputes.
