The New leaders of Shanghai Youth Federation
On March 30, 2019, the first plenary meeting of the 12th Committee of the Shanghai Youth Federation was held. Yin Hong, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Zhang Jinquan, the partner of Zhonglun, was elected as the Vice President of Shanghai Youth Federation.
