Served by Zhong Lun as the company’s Chinese legal counsel, WEICHAI POWER CO. LTD (“WEICHAI") listed the H-shares in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on March 11, 2004. The issuance price was HK$10.8/share, and the total capital raised was HK$1.47 billion, the largest fund raising in Hong Kong since Beijing Holdings in 1997.
Led by Mr. Liu Feng-liang of Beijing office, a Zhong Lun team consisting of Mr. Zhang Zhong and Mr. Li Pan served the company through the whole listing transaction.
