Served by Zhong Lun as the company’s legal counsel, ZHEJIAN CONBA PHARMACEUTICAL CO.LTD (“CONBA") listed the A-shares in Shanghai Stock Exchange on April 12, 2004. The issuance price was RMB 8.25/share, P/E was 20, and total share number issued was 40 billion and the total capital raised was RMB 330 million.
Led by Mr. Liu Feng-liang, a team of lawyers from Beijing office consisting of Ms. Cui Li, Mr. Li Pan and Mr. Zhang Zhong served the company through the whole listing transaction.
