Mr. Li practices in the legal fields of handling complex business disputes, in particular the risk management and litigation resolution of the disputes in financial field, such as disputes over Trust Fund/ Private Placement Fund. Meanwhile, Mr. Li has rich experience in the legal fields of Shipping, International and Interior Trade and Logistic. Mr. Li has provided a variety of litigation or non-litigation legal services to banks, trust companies, fund companies, asset management companies, large logistics groups and other domestic and foreign customers. In recent years, Mr. Li has successfully represented Clients to handle major dispute resolution project with the dispute amount up to billions which is widely concerned. Moreover, Mr. Li has represented Clients to handle lawsuits in the Supreme Court, Maritime Court, Higher Courts and other Civil courts, and arbitrations in local and overseas arbitration commissions, as well as in Hong Kong and Singapore, has accumulated rich experience in litigation and arbitration.
