Pan LI

Mr. Li focuses his practice on complex commercial dispute resolution, with particular expertise in risk management and dispute resolution in the financial sector, including disputes involving trusts and private investment funds. He also has extensive experience in shipping, international and domestic trade, and logistics. Mr. Li has advised and represented banks, trust companies, fund managers, asset management companies, large logistics groups, and other domestic and international clients in a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters. In recent years, he has successfully handled a number of high-profile disputes involving amounts in dispute of up to several billion yuan. Mr. Li has represented clients before the Supreme People’s Court, maritime courts, high people’s courts, and other courts across China, as well as in arbitrations administered by domestic and international arbitration institutions, including proceedings seated or conducted in Hong Kong and Singapore. He has accumulated extensive experience in litigation and arbitration.
