Zhong Lun Advises Little Sheep Group Limited on HK$462 Million IPO
Zhong Lun advised Little Sheep Group Limited（Little Sheep, 0968.HK）on its recent initial public offering and listing of shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The HK$462 million offering, consisting of 245 million shares at HK$3.18 each, was jointly sponsored by Deutsche Bank AG and Merrill Lynch & Co.
Zhong Lun’s legal team was led by our partner Yang Yuhong and included Fan Wei, Liang Jing, Shi Lei and He Yan, who provided legal advice on the offering as PRC counsels for the company.
As a leading hot pot restaurant chain operator in China, Little Sheep is running 350 restaurants on the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau, Japan and the United States, of which 247 are franchised. The proceeds from this offering are expected to fund the company’s expansion plan.
