Zhong Lun recently represented China New Enterprise Investment Co., a venture capital company, in its equity investment in Jiangsu Feida Group for a cash consideration of $50 million. The agreement was concluded on August 18, 2008.
Zhong Lun’s team, which was led by partner Dai Zhiwen and included Li Yanan and Ying Jun, advised on domestic and overseas legal matters for this transaction.
