Wuxi Qiaolian (Group) Inc. recently announced the closing of a US$70 million investment from five investors, co-led by Avenue and NPEA. Qiaolian Group mainly engages in the design and manufacture of wind power equipments and metallurgical machinery. The Zhonglun team, led by Anthony Zhao and including Luke Zhang, has acted as the legal counsel for NPEA to provide cross-border legal services for this transaction.
