Zhong Lun Advises Asian Citrus Holdings Limited on HK Listing
China’s largest orange plantation owner Asian Citrus Holdings Limited was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on November 26, 2009.
Professionals from Zhong Lun Law Firm, including partner Ren Lifeng, associates Wang Xiuwei, Shuai Lina and Huang Ping, acted as PRC counsel on the listing.
Asian Citrus Holdings Limited, together with its subsidiaries are engaged in planting, cultivation and sales of agricultural produce, and developing and sales of properties in an agricultural wholesale market and orange processing centre. The company currently owns and operates two orange plantations: the Hepu Plantation in Hepu County in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, South China, and the Xinfeng Plantation in Xinfeng County in Jiangxi province, East China.
