The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has granted Shenzhen Keybridge Communications Co., Ltd. approval to launch an IPO on Small and Medium Enterprise Board (SME Board) in Shenzhen on September 2, 2009.
Attorneys-at-law from Zhong Lun Law Firm Shenzhen Office, including Xu Zhigang and Zou Xiaodong, advised on the IPO. The lead underwriter and sponsor of the IPO was Soochow Securities Co., Ltd.
