Zhong Lun Advises MOBI Development Co., Ltd. on HK IPO
Telecommunication equipment company MOBI Development Co., Ltd. launched its Hong Kong initial public offering (IPO) of 175.5 million shares at HK$3.38 each, raising an estimated total of HK$600 million, on December 17, 2009.
Partner Su Min from Zhong Lun Law Firm Shenzhen office led a service team, which also comprised associates Han Yue and Zhu Chunyan, to act as PRC legal counsel for MOBI Development Co., Ltd. in the IPO. Piper Jaffray and First Shanghai Group acted as the joint bookrunners.
MOBI Development Co., Ltd. is a provider of wireless communication antennas and base station radio frequency (RF) subsystems in China.
