On March 19, 2010, East Money Information Co., Ltd., operator of a financial website www.eastmoney.com, issued 35 million shares and raised more than RMB1.4 billion in its IPO and listing on the Chinext of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The funds raised would be used to upgrade its online platform and other projects.
Zhong Lun was entrusted by the IPO underwriter China International Capital Corporation Limited to advise on the relevant legal matters. Participating lawyers included Jeremy Dai, Xu Zhigang, Li Yanan and Li Hongtao.
